Dubai Land

Dubai Land is one of Dubai’s largest master-planned districts. Launched in 2003 as a major Dubai Properties initiative, it is a vast, multi-cluster area that combines residential communities with entertainment and everyday services.

Education
Dubai Land offers nurseries such as Kids Zone, Chubby Cheeks and Step by Step. It is also close to Dubai International Academic City, which includes institutions such as Zayed University and Emirates Aviation University

Healthcare
Medical options include Ace Medical Center in Skycourt D, and Dr. Kamkar’s clinic in Majan. Larger healthcare facilities are also available in nearby Dubai Silicon Oasis, including an Aster clinic network branch, Suleiman Fakih Hospital, Symbiosis 

Medical Center and MedIQ polyclinic.
 
 Transport & connectivity
 Private transport is generally the most convenient way to move around Dubai Land, with taxis widely used. According to the published information, there are currently no metro stations within Dubai Land; public transport mainly includes bus services, such as the Global Village bus stop that connects to Union Metro Station in Deira and stops in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Lifestyle & shopping
Everyday retail is available across different clusters of Dubai Land. Examples include supermarkets near Sky Court Towers such as LifeCo, West Zone, Shua Al Madina and Thomson, as well as a nearby Spinneys.
