Jumeirah Islands

Jumeirah Islands is a gated villa community by Nakheel, launched in 2004 and completed by the end of 2006. It sits inland from Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lake Towers, east of Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), with Jumeirah Park, The Meadows, The Springs and Emirates Hills around it. The villas are grouped on man-made islands set in a large lake.

Education
Schools within a short drive include Dubai British School, Emirates International School and Regent International School, plus Delhi Public School and several nurseries in nearby JLT. Check current KHDA ratings and waiting lists, as places at popular schools fill early.

Healthcare
There is a clinic in Jumeirah Islands Pavilion for everyday needs. For hospital care, Al Zahra Hospital and Saudi German Hospital in Al Barsha are around 20 minutes away.

Transport & connectivity
The community lies between Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). Nakheel puts DMCC metro station and the Jumeirah Lake Towers tram stop about 10 minutes away, and Dubai International Airport about 30 minutes.

Lifestyle & shopping
Choithrams in the pavilion covers grocery shopping, and Carrefour Market in JLT is a few minutes' drive. Ibn Battuta Mall and Dubai Marina are each around 14 minutes away and Palm Jumeirah about 18. Within the community, the Jumeirah Islands Club hosts sports and community events, and Masjid Bani Hashim serves residents.

Jumeirah Islands is a freehold area, but always confirm the status of the specific plot and title with Dubai Land Department. For off-plan or redeveloped homes, check project registration and the escrow account, and ask about service charges and cluster-specific rules before you sign.
