Many buyers are drawn to post-handover plans because they feel lighter, but they often forget to ask whether the unit is priced higher because of that flexibility and whether the asset will still be attractive at handover.
If the project is strong and fairly priced, paying more during construction can be simpler and cleaner later on.
If your priority is lower upfront strain or a longer cash-flow runway, post-handover can work—but only if you can still carry the obligation under less favorable rental or market conditions.
