 Key questions include: what is the full cost to acquire or take handover, what charges should I expect, why is this property specifically suitable for my goal, what nearby alternatives exist and why is this one better, what is the status of the project or unit, what does the payment plan look like, and what risks should I understand? If the property is ready, ask about condition, occupancy, and rentability.
If it is off-plan, ask about registration, progress, contract terms, and when a rational exit might exist.
