Azizi Florence is not a tower or a cluster of buildings. It is a full residential town across 30 million square feet at Um Fanain in Sharjah, and the first project Azizi Developments has launched outside Dubai after nearly two decades of building there. Um Fanain sits on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) beside Sharjah Sustainable City — on the corridor that connects Sharjah directly to Dubai and Ajman, close to Sharjah International Airport and the university belt.
