Allura Residences overview: JVC apartments by Citi Developers

The building rises over a ground floor, five podium levels, 29 residential floors and a roof. Guests arrive in a ground-floor lobby of about 8,000 sq ft with a business centre, and the building runs valet parking and a concierge service.

Inside, kitchens come with Bosch appliances and the upper floors open onto panoramic views. Buyers who want to move straight in or rent the unit out can also choose a fully furnished apartment.

Citi Developers builds its brand on four pillars: wellness, timelessness, innovation and creativity. You can see that focus here, where a full floor is given over to wellness.

Apartments for sale in JVC: studios to three-bedroom homes with private pools

Allura offers four layouts:

• Studios
• One-bedroom apartments
• Two-bedroom apartments
• Three-bedroom apartments

Select apartments have their own private pool, which is still rare among Jumeirah Village Circle apartments for sale. The developer has not published size ranges per type, so we share the floor plan for each unit on request.

Payment plan and handover for off plan projects in JVC

Citi Developers publishes a 50/50 payment plan: 50% during construction and 50% on handover. Half the price is paid while the tower goes up, and the other half when you collect the keys.

Handover is expected in Q3 2027. For buyers comparing off plan projects in JVC, a plan with half the balance left for handover keeps the monthly outlay light during the build.

Eleve, the wellness and leisure level on the 18th floor, has a suspended lap pool with a glass bottom and its own pool bar. Around it you find a gym, a Roman bath, a yoga terrace, a steam room, a sauna, a cinema terrace and a cigar lounge.
