Studios to three-bedroom apartments in Jumeirah Garden City

Studios run from 363 to 506 sq ft. They work well for a first home in the city or for a buyer who wants a compact unit close to Downtown.

One-bedroom apartments measure from 709 sq ft up to 1,006 sq ft, so the largest give a real separate living room and space for a home office corner.

Two-bedroom apartments go up to 2,289 sq ft and the three-bedroom layout reaches 3,146 sq ft. Those top sizes are large for a building of only 79 homes, and some of them are the units with private plunge pools.

Tell us the size you need and we will send the floor plans that match your budget.

Plunge pools, finishes and Dubai Garden City amenities

Inside, the brochure lists herringbone wood-effect vinyl floors and brass-finish switches in the living areas, plus floor-to-ceiling windows. Kitchens have elm-textured cabinets with terrazzo-effect quartz worktops and backsplashes.

Bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes and built-in LED lighting. Bathrooms use porcelain tiles, illuminated mirrors and brass-finish fittings.

Shared spaces include a swimming pool with a sun deck and a children's pool, indoor and outdoor gyms, and steam and sauna rooms. On the roof there is a lounge, and residents also get an outdoor cinema, a barbecue area, cabanas and table tennis.

Location in Al Satwa, near Satwa Road: drive times

Jumeirah Garden City is the redeveloped part of Al Satwa close to Sheikh Zayed Road, between the older Satwa streets and the towers of the business district.

The sales team gives these drive times from the building: Dubai Garden Glow about 5 minutes, Dubai Frame about 7 minutes and Downtown Dubai about 10 minutes. Our Al Satwa area guide covers the wider district. Two nearby projects worth comparing are Evergrin House 2 and Linea by Holm.

Payment plan and expected handover

Payment plan: set per release – ask us for the terms on the apartment you choose.

Handover: expected in Q4 2027.

Terms can differ between a studio and a larger unit and from one release to the next, so we confirm them unit by unit.

Ask us which apartments are available now and how payment works for each one.

Why buy at The Elysian: for living and for investment

For living, you get a small building of 79 homes, a choice from studio to three bedrooms, and a pool, gyms, sauna and rooftop lounge in the same block. Downtown Dubai is about 10 minutes away by car.

For investment, new apartments this close to Sheikh Zayed Road and the business district are scarce, because most of Al Satwa is older low-rise housing. Units with private plunge pools are rare in the area, which helps them stand out when you resell.
