Trussardi Residences 2 is the second phase of Mira Developments' Trussardi-branded homes in Al Furjan, next to Discovery Gardens Dubai and a short walk from the metro. Two towers rise from a two-floor podium, and every studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartment is handed over fully furnished with Trussardi Casa pieces. Handover is expected in Q3 2027.

Call Laguna Life on +971 56 100 0928 for current Trussardi Residences 2 prices and the units still open.

Discovery Gardens apartments for sale: furnished studios to 2-bedroom homes

Phase 2 is about twice the size of the first phase. Each tower has 10 storeys above the podium, and the homes are turn-key: furniture from Trussardi Casa and all household appliances are already in place, so you can move in or hand the keys to a tenant without a fit-out.

The developer lists three layouts:

• Studio: 415 sq ft with 1 bathroom
• 1-bedroom: 860 sq ft with 2 bathrooms
• 2-bedroom: 1,774 sq ft with 3 bathrooms

Tell us which layout suits you and we will send the floor plan and the furniture list.

Trussardi Dubai amenities, services and the resort podium

The podium works like a small resort. Its centrepiece is a 100-metre residential pool with cabanas and food and drinks served poolside. Around it you find:

• A 350-metre jogging track, a yoga zone, a padel court and mini-golf
• Two TechnoGym-designed gyms of 800 sq m in total, with separate spaces for men and women, plus a wellness centre
• A family area with play zones, trampolines, a playground and an outdoor cinema
• A fine-dining restaurant and a premium lounge with an Aiwa coffee shop

Services follow a hotel model. Valet parking is complimentary, and in-room dining covers six international cuisines. The development also holds a branch of Dubai government services for visas, permits and documents, and four floors of Class-A offices, so some residents can work in the same complex.

• Downtown Dubai: 25 minutes
