Location in Meydan Horizon, Meydan City: drive times

Meydan Horizon sits on the canal side of Meydan, with Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport all a short drive away. Our Meydan area guide covers the wider district, and the Meydan and MBR City property guide compares its neighbourhoods.

Prescott lists these drive times from the building:

• Meydan Racecourse and Meydan One: 10 minutes
• Dubai Mall and Downtown: 12 minutes
• Meydan Golf Course: 15 minutes
• North London Collegiate School, Hartland International School and Al Ittihad Private School: 15 minutes
• Medcare Hospital Al Safa, American Hospital Dubai and Mediclinic Middle East: 15 minutes

Three well-known schools and three hospitals within a quarter of an hour make this a practical base for a family, not only for a city worker.

Furnished homes, smart living and amenities

Each home comes with smart automation built in, and the interiors follow a calm, functional design. Prescott has announced WiredScore, LEED and WELL certifications for the building, which cover digital connectivity, energy use and resident wellbeing.

Shared facilities include a fitness centre, a spa, a clubhouse, a jacuzzi, a barbecue area, a kids' play area and a cinema. That covers a workout, a family weekend and a film night without leaving the building.

Payment plan and handover

Prescott publishes a 60/40 payment plan: 60% during construction and 40% on handover. Expected handover is Q3 2028.

Spreading most of the price over the build, then settling the balance when the keys arrive, suits buyers who want to plan their cash flow in two clear stages.

Why buy at The Caden by Prescott: for living and for investment

For living, the homes are ready to use on day one, with furniture and fittings in place, a spa and gym downstairs and Downtown twelve minutes away. Families get the duplexes and three-bedroom layouts, with schools and hospitals inside fifteen minutes.

For investment, a furnished unit is simpler to let or resell, and Meydan Horizon draws people who work in Downtown and Business Bay. With only 221 homes and a single penthouse, supply in the building is limited, and the 60/40 split keeps most payments tied to the build.
