Buy property in Jumeirah Village Circle: location and access

JVC sits in central Dubai, with Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road running along its edges, so the main business districts are a short drive away. The community is planned around parks, gardens and landscaped areas, which also makes it one of the more pet-friendly places in the city. A mall, markets, schools and leisure spots inside JVC cover most daily needs.

Our Jumeirah Village Circle area guide explains the community, and the JVC property guide looks at buying there. Other JVC projects on our site include Alta View Skyhomes, Tresora by Wadan and Serenz by Danube.

Amenities: pools, sports and rooftop observatory park

Skyline Builders lists more than 22 amenities. At pool level there is a glazed-edge pool for adults, a separate little swimmers' pool, a pool deck, a floating lounge and a rest and retreat deck. For sport, residents get a sky pickleball arena, a mini-golf park, an outdoor workout zone and an open-air yoga and meditation floor.

The rooftop adds a sky observatory park, a turf deck, an edge garden and a cloud lounge. Families also have a children's play zone and a climbing wall, and the grill and chill spot and the nature walk round out the list.

Why buy at Avant Garde Residences II: for living and for investment

For living, you get a tower where the pools, the sports courts and the rooftop park are all part of your building, inside a green community with schools and shops close by. Eleven layouts mean you can pick the plan that fits how you live, from a compact studio to a two-bedroom.

For investment, JVC is one of Dubai's most active communities for buyers and tenants, thanks to its central position between two main roads. Studios and one-bedroom units are the easiest to let, and a developer focused on this community gives you a clear track record to look at.
