368 Park Lane overview: 14 floors by Tabeer in Jumeirah Village Circle

This is a mid-size building, not a mega tower. With 211 units over 14 floors, the lifts, lobby and rooftop are shared by a few hundred residents, so the pool deck and cinema stay usable on a weekend evening.

Jumeirah Village Circle apartments for sale: studios to duplex penthouses

The mix covers most buyers in one address. Studios suit a first purchase or a single professional who wants to stop renting. One-bedroom units work for couples, and the two- and three-bedroom layouts give a family a spare room for guests or a home office.

The duplex penthouses sit at the top of the building, with two levels of living space and the rooftop amenities a short walk away. Tabeer has not published a size schedule yet, so we share floor plans and exact areas per unit when you ask.

Payment plan and handover

The developer has not published a fixed payment plan for this tower. The schedule is set per release – ask us for the current one before you choose a unit.

Completion is scheduled for Q2 2028. Buying off plan now means paying in stages while the building rises, then receiving the keys to a new home with every finish untouched.

JVC is a family community of low- and mid-rise buildings, parks and villas between Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Our Jumeirah Village Circle area guide covers the streets, parks and services in detail, and the JVC property guide on our blog compares the apartment options.

• Circle Mall: 5 minutes
• Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Mall of the Emirates: 15 minutes
• Downtown Dubai and Dubai Miracle Garden: 20 minutes
• Dubai Mall: 25 minutes
• Dubai International Airport: 25 minutes

Rooftop amenities and the developer Tabeer

Most of the leisure space is on the roof. Residents get a rooftop cinema, a miniature golf course, a BBQ area and a rooftop lounge for evenings outside. Lower down there is a resort-style swimming pool, a kids' water play area and an outdoor meditation garden.

For daily routines the building adds a fully equipped fitness studio, a spa with a sauna, a 24/7 concierge and smart home automation in the apartments.

Tabeer Developments has been building in Dubai for more than a decade. Nearby in the same community you can also compare Floarea Skies in JVC, Berkeley Square by Prestige One and Alta View Skyhomes.

Also in JVC, Oakyard Residences in District 10 is a 19-storey building with a private terrace for every unit, two duplex penthouses and a 60/40 payment plan.

Another new building in the community is Provenza Residences in District 14, a French-designed tower by IKR Development with studios, one and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom homes with private plunge pools.

Looking for a workspace near home? Capital One JVC by Centurion Properties offers offices, terrace offices and shops in Jumeirah Village Circle.

Why buy at 368 Park Lane: for living and for investment

For living, you get a new home in a settled community with schools, clinics and a mall within a short drive, and a roof you will actually use: cinema nights, mini golf with the children and a lounge with a view. Studios through to duplex penthouses mean you can buy the size you need now.

For investment, JVC has steady demand from tenants who work in Dubai Marina, Al Barsha and Dubai Production City, because the drive is short and the community is quieter than the towers on the coast. A building of 211 units has limited stock, and penthouses at the top are scarce in any tower.
