Furnished studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom homes

Studios make up most of the building: 167 of the 271 homes. There are six plan types, Studio A and B, 1 Bed A, B and C and one 2-bedroom plan, and every home comes fully furnished with Italian-style furniture and smart systems. Indicative sizes run from about 350 sq ft for the smallest studio to about 927 sq ft for a 2-bedroom.

The mix suits investors who want a small furnished unit to let, and single buyers or couples who want a first home in Dubailand that is ready to live in on the day of handover.
