Downtown Dubai is Emaar's flagship development, known as The Centre of Now, covering about two square kilometres between Sheikh Zayed Road and Financial Centre Road. Where is Downtown Dubai?

Downtown Dubai sits at the heart of the city, between Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Financial Centre Road, with direct access to both. It is close to DIFC and Business Bay, which is why many people who work there choose to live here. Is there a metro station in Downtown Dubai?

Yes. Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station on the Red Line serves Downtown Dubai directly. From the station you can walk or take a feeder bus to your building, and several RTA bus routes connect other parts of the city to Downtown. Taxis and ride-hailing apps are easy to find, and bicycles and e-scooters can be hired along the Boulevard.
