Dubai Production City (IMPZ)

Dubai Production City, still widely known by its old name IMPZ (International Media Production Zone), was set up in 2003 by TECOM Group as a business zone for media production, printing, publishing and packaging. Over the years it has grown into a mixed-use area with a sizeable residential side. It sits along Al Khail Road (E44) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), with Jumeirah Village Triangle to the east, Dubai Sports City to the south and Jumeirah Golf Estates nearby.

There is no metro station inside the community, so most residents drive or use taxis and ride-hailing apps. Several RTA bus stops serve the area. Outside rush hour, Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai are roughly 20 minutes away by car, according to Property Finder.
