Dubai Science Park

Dubai Science Park is a business community for science, healthcare and research companies, set up by TECOM Group in 2015. TECOM is part of Dubai Holding. The park sits in Al Barsha South along Umm Suqeim Road, near Al Furjan and Jumeirah Village Circle, and alongside the offices and labs it now has a growing number of apartment buildings.

What makes Dubai Science Park stand out?

Transport & connectivity
Umm Suqeim Road runs right past the park and connects to Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The closest metro stop is Mall of the Emirates on the Red Line, about ten minutes away by car. RTA bus route F36 runs from Mall of the Emirates to the park.

Lifestyle & shopping
For groceries there are supermarkets like Carrefour, Viva and Grandiose. My City Centre Al Barsha and The Promenade are nearby for everyday shopping, and Dubai Hills Mall is a short drive away. You'll also find a few cafés and casual restaurants within the community.

Before you buy, check that the project is registered with the Dubai Land Department and RERA. Confirm the freehold status of the plot with DLD. On off-plan purchases, make sure every payment goes to the project's official escrow account. Distances depend on which building you choose, so measure them from the exact plot.
