Overview

Motor City is a Union Properties community in Dubai, set just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) with Hessa Street close by. It is bordered by Arabian Ranches, Dubai Sports City and Dubai Studio City. The area is built around the Dubai Autodrome, an FIA-sanctioned 5.39 km circuit that opened in October 2004, and is made up of Uptown Motor City, Green Community Motor City and Business Park Motor City. Altogether it covers roughly 35 million sq ft.

What makes Motor City stand out?
• The Dubai Autodrome, a motorsport circuit for car and bike racing
• Green, lower-density streets, with parks such as Windsor Park and Eastland Park
• Several well-known schools inside or right next to the community
• Quick access to E311 and Hessa Street

Education
Schools in and around Motor City include GEMS Metropole School, GEMS United School, Victory Heights Primary School and Renaissance School, and there are nurseries within the community for younger children. Check each school's current KHDA rating and fees before choosing.

Healthcare
For everyday care, clinics include Medcare Medical Centre Motor City, Medicentres Motor City, Prime Medical Center and Coopers Health Clinic, and there is an Emirates Hospital Day Surgery & Medical Center in the area for outpatient procedures.

Transport & connectivity
There is no metro station in Motor City. The F37 feeder bus runs through the community, but most residents drive or use taxis and ride-hailing. By car, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road connects quickly to the rest of the city.

Lifestyle & shopping
First Avenue Mall and The Ribbon handle shopping and dining, and supermarkets include Spinneys, Carrefour, Waitrose, Blue Mart and VIVA. Gyms and pools are spread across the residential buildings. There is a dog park and an indoor play centre for children.

Important note
If you are looking at a unit close to the Autodrome, visit at different times to judge track noise for yourself. Confirm freehold status and title with the Dubai Land Department, and for off-plan, check RERA registration and escrow. Distances to schools and E311 depend on the sub-community, so measure from the exact building.
