Payment plan and expected handover

Palma publishes a 60/40 payment plan for the East Residences: 60% during construction and 40% on completion. The first two instalments fall at booking and thirty days later, then four more are spread through the build. Palma marks the schedule as indicative, so we confirm the exact dates for your unit. Expected handover is Q2 2030.

Ask us for the payment schedule on a specific unit and we will send it to you.

Amenities and six lifestyle zones

Residents share infinity, lap, shallow and family pools, a general gym and a ladies' gym, separate spas for men and women, a rooftop cafe, a games room and a multipurpose hall. Retail and dining, landscaped gardens and barbecue areas sit at street level.

The six lifestyle zones add a one-kilometre activity path, a multi-use games court, nature and water-play areas for children, a treehouse, a yoga deck and a meditation garden.

Why buy at Serenia District: for living and for investment

For living, you get a new tower inside one of Dubai's established lake communities, with gardens, pools and a long activity path on your doorstep and the Marina ten minutes away. Families have room to grow, since layouts reach four bedrooms with private gardens.

For investment, new apartment stock is rare in Jumeirah Islands, which is mostly villas, and the location between JLT, Dubai Marina and Emirates Living draws steady tenant demand. The 60/40 plan keeps most of the cost until completion.
