Waterfront apartments Dubai buyers can pick from: one to three bedrooms

One-bedroom apartments measure 762 to 858 sq ft. They suit a single owner or a couple who want a bedroom away from the living room and a view from both.

Two-bedroom homes run from 1,055 to 1,477 sq ft and make up most of the building. The larger ones give a family room to grow, with space for a proper dining table.

Three-bedroom homes measure 1,890 to 2,218 sq ft. The three-bedroom penthouses add private terraces with built-in Jacuzzis.

Inside, living rooms have 3.1-metre full-height windows and European stone floors. Kitchens come with quartz counters and Siemens appliances, and every home has an integrated smart-home system.

Dubai Islands beach living: lagoon pool, rooftop pool and sports

The podium holds a lagoon pool framed by palms, with a separate children's pool next to it. On the roof there is an infinity pool with a lounge, and the building also has an outdoor cinema and children's play areas.

For training there is a Technogym fitness centre, a jogging track, an indoor yoga studio and an outdoor yoga deck. Sports courts cover padel, basketball and badminton, and the clubhouse has a games lounge and a golf simulator. A signature spa with a private massage suite completes the wellness floor.
