Payment plan and expected handover

Abou Eid publishes a 56/14/30 payment plan: 56% during construction, 14% on handover and 30% post-handover, spread over 18 months after you get the keys.

That last part matters. Almost a third of the price is paid after you move in or start renting out, which keeps the cash you need before handover lower than on a standard 60/40 plan. Handover is expected in Q4 2027.
