The apartment building rises ground, podium and ten floors, and the townhouses sit at ground and first-floor level beside it. Most homes face the green hills of the course, which is the main reason buyers look at this address.

Emaar describes the design as contemporary on the outside with an earthy palette inside: open-plan living rooms, modern kitchens and bathrooms finished in neutral tones.

There are only six townhouses in the project, so they tend to go first. The two-bedroom range is wide: the bigger plans mostly add terrace space rather than extra rooms.
