All 206 homes sit across the two towers. The collection covers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, six penthouses and two sky villas, the last of which come with their own private pools.

Two-bedroom apartments range from about 1,586 sq ft to about 2,392 sq ft, which shows how much the layouts vary depending on position in the building. Because the towers use rotating floor plates, units on different levels can have a different outlook even when the bedroom count is the same.

Design: Dewan architecture and HBA interiors

OCEANO is designed by the architecture firm Dewan, with interiors by HBA (Hirsch Bedner Associates). The towers stand out for their curved glass facades and rotating floor plates, which give the building its twisting profile, and the two towers are linked by a connecting bridge.

The main contractor is China State Construction. For buyers, the combination of a known architect, a hotel-grade interior designer and a large contractor is a useful sign of how the project has been put together.

Amenities and resort living

The centrepiece is a connecting infinity pool that spans the development. Around it are a spa, a gym and a yoga room for wellness, plus a library and a cigar lounge for quieter evenings. Families have dedicated children's facilities, and residents have private beach access on the island.
