Dubai Hills Estate is Emaar's master community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina, built around an 18-hole championship golf course, Dubai Hills Park and Dubai Hills Mall. Hillside is the neighbourhood around Hillside Park, a separate park from Dubai Hills Park, where Emaar is also building Vida Residences Hillside and Hillsedge. The main roads are Al Khail Road, Umm Suqeim Road and Sheikh Zayed Road.

Not the same as the other Palace Residences
