The design takes its cue from the cherry blossom, and the developer sums it up as "Where Peace Is Luxury". The four buildings are named DAYA, CIRA, BINA and AYA, and each rises ground plus nine floors over a shared basement.

Parking sits underground, so the surface is left to people: a central park of about 30,000 sqm, the Sakura Boulevard and a meditation bridge over the lagoon. More than half of the plot is green, on a site of 49,000 sqm with about 127,500 sqm of built living space.

In total the community holds 1,429 residences. Every home is delivered furnished, with smart-home automation, and the buildings use solar panels and EV charging points.
