Serro villas: 3, 4 and 5-bedroom layouts, sizes and floor plans

Emaar's floor plans show three designs (Types A, B and C) for each bedroom count. Total areas below include the carport and terraces, so they are built-up figures, not plot sizes:

• 3-bedroom villas: about 3,340 to 3,467 sq ft, on ground and first floors
• 4-bedroom villas: about 4,302 to 4,312 sq ft, with a roof level above the first floor
• 5-bedroom villas: about 5,761 to 5,884 sq ft, with a roof level and a lift

Every layout has a carport, and the larger types use the roof level for terraces and family space. Exact areas can differ slightly between releases, so we confirm the size of each villa you shortlist.
