The tower rises from a ground floor and four podium levels to 31 residential floors and a rooftop, served by six passenger lifts and one service lift. Layouts are open plan, and the official size ranges are:

Paying half the price while the tower goes up spreads the cost over the build, and the final third falls due only when you get the keys.
