Tower 1 rises over a basement, ground and podium level plus 20 floors. Its floor plans give these total areas, balconies and terraces included:

• Two-bedroom: 1,223 to 1,921 sq ft
• Three-bedroom: 1,701 to 1,704 sq ft, with a maid's room
• Four-bedroom: 2,900 to 2,949 sq ft, single-level homes with a maid's room on levels 18 to 20

The one-bedroom units suit a first purchase or a couple, the two-bedroom plans cover a wide range for small families, and the four-bedroom homes at the top of the tower are few in number.
