Belgravia Ellington Properties comes to Dubailand

Ellington already uses the Belgravia name for its buildings in Jumeirah Village Circle. This project is a separate community, the first Belgravia address outside JVC, so buyers searching for the JVC towers should not confuse the two.

The plan is simple: four courtyard buildings, Blocks A to D, sit on a shared basement around a central amenity block. Each building has ground-floor retail and six residential floors above, and each of the four clusters has its own pool.
