Emaar Mina Rashid apartments: one to three bedrooms

One-bedroom apartments measure about 760 to 907 sq ft in total, with the suite itself at 688 to 764 sq ft and the rest on the balcony. Two-bedroom homes run from 1,141 to 1,440 sq ft, and some on the first floor come with a larger terrace of about 287 sq ft.

The three-bedroom apartments are the largest, from 1,592 to 2,973 sq ft. On floors 9, 10, 13 and 14 they open onto big terraces of roughly 779 to 1,466 sq ft, a large private outdoor area for an apartment.
