The tower rises to 208.80 metres on a plot of 5,082.54 sq m, and handover is expected in the second quarter of 2027.

JLT apartments for sale: one, two and three bedrooms

The brochure sets out a clear mix. There are 268 one-bedroom apartments, 178 two-bedroom apartments and 89 three-bedroom apartments, with no studios in the tower.

One-bedroom units measure about 885 to 1,049 sq ft, which is generous for the type. Two-bedroom apartments run from about 1,404 to 1,529 sq ft, and the three-bedroom homes are about 2,193 to 2,227 sq ft.

The lower levels also hold 12 retail shops with about 1,820 sq m of retail space, so residents have shops inside the building.

Amenities on the 5th floor, the 24th floor and the roof

The main amenity deck is on the 5th floor. It has an infinity pool, a kids' pool and play area, an open-to-sky gym and an indoor gym, a jogging track and a paddle tennis court. BBQ zones, a yoga room, a sauna, an open-air theatre area and separate men's and women's treatment rooms complete the level.

Higher up, the 24th floor is a residents' social floor with a games room, a lounge and communal area, an exhibition kitchen, billiards and a theatre area. The roof adds landscaped seating zones.

The name comes from a licence. Saba 4 DMCC uses the Marriott Residences brand under a licence from Marriott International, and Marriott does not own, develop or sell the residences. Buyers get a branded address, while the developer remains Saba Properties.
