Dubailand villas at The Acres: 3 to 7 bedrooms

The Acres Villas release is the smaller of the two lines. Its 3, 4 and 5-bedroom villas have open-plan layouts, double-height living spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, signature outdoor rooms and rear gardens. The 5-bedroom type opens onto a shaded courtyard, which gives a large family a private outdoor space away from the street.

The Acres Estates step up in size, with 5, 6 and 7-bedroom villas split into two collections, Ivory and Amber. Estates come with landscaped gardens, several open terraces and balconies, and sit close to the lagoon.

Lagoons, Halo Loop Park and themed gardens

The masterplan is built around swimmable lagoons, wrapped by the Halo Loop Park. Around them Meraas plans a clubhouse, a lagoon clubhouse, a juice bar and shops, plus a primary school, a kindergarten and a mosque, so daily needs stay inside the community.

Green space is organised as a series of themed gardens: the Arrival, Village, Lagoon, Nature, Lost, Perfume and Edible gardens. A forest theatre and a mosque plaza mark the entrance. Payment plan and handover

Meraas publishes a 65/35 payment plan for both lines: 10% down payment on booking, 55% during construction and 35% on handover. The construction share is paid in nine instalments for The Acres Villas and in seven for The Acres Estates.
