Designer Suites: a JVC studio for sale, some with private pools

The building has 98 Designer Suites. They are studio layouts of 444 to 601 sq ft on floors 1 to 12, planned with 3.2 m ceilings and a balcony.

A smaller group of suites comes with its own private pool. These measure 651 to 931 sq ft and sit on floors 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11.

For a first purchase in JVC, a Designer Suite is the entry point to the building, and the private-pool suites add floor space and a pool of their own.

JVC apartments for sale: penthouses, townhouse and Sky Villas

Green Group calls its one-bedroom homes penthouses, and there are 143 of them on floors 13 to 38. Sizes run from 782 to 970 sq ft, and the private-pool versions measure 1,032 to 1,290 sq ft.

The 18 two-bedroom penthouses are on floors 8 to 12. The standard layout is 990 to 999 sq ft, and the pool layout grows to 1,405 to 1,408 sq ft.

At the top of the range are 10 two-bedroom Sky Villas of 1,884 to 2,152 sq ft on floors 30, 34 and 38. The building also has a single one-bedroom townhouse of 1,376 sq ft on the first floor.
