Soulever by Beyond is a pair of waterfront towers of 44 and 31 storeys in the Bay District of Dubai Maritime City, built by BEYOND with more than 500 homes: one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, podium chalets, duplexes and penthouses. Handover is expected in Q4 2028, and the payment plan is set per release.

Soulever stands on the water's edge of BEYOND's masterplan on the Dubai Maritime City peninsula, a short walk from The Cove beach, The Forest park district and the Arabian Gulf. Most homes look out over the sea, the marina or the Dubai skyline. The exact view and size depend on the tower, the floor and the release.

Payment plan and handover

BEYOND sets the Soulever payment plan per release, so the schedule depends on the tower and the unit you choose: set per release – ask us for the current terms. Handover is expected in Q4 2028.

Buying off-plan spreads the cost over the construction period. If you are buying to live, you get time to plan the move; if you are investing, more of your capital stays free until the keys are handed over.
